    Hamann Thunder : M3 "Look", With V10

For those of you who have heard the name Hamann, you will know they are a pretty crazy bunch of people. Taking a perfectly good BMW/Ferrari/Lamborghini and turning it into an incredible work of art.

Well, this time round is no different. If i was given a brand new 2007 BMW E92 M3, i wouldn’t want to change a thing. In fact, all i would want to do is drive it 24/7, but those crazy dudes at Hamann thought, “Hmmm, why not take the V8 out, and put a V10 in its place? In fact, lets boost the normal power of the V10 from 500bhp to 560bhp.” They used an advanced performance version with 560 bhp at 7,750 rpm. Featuring an impressive 424 lb-ft of torque at 6,100 rpm, it delivers a surge of power through a seven-speed manual SMG transmission resulting that most passengers are shocked groping for something to hang on to during acceleration. The sprint takes 4.2 seconds from 0 to 60 mph.

Other special bits on the Thunder are a set of Hamann sport catalysts, 20 inch wheels - using a size 325/25 ZR20 on the rear, a customized interior to make it even more Hamann and special aero parts to make it stick to the road like glue.

All of these modifications can be done, from the engine changes, aerodynamics, brakes, wheels and interior designs, on all gas engine 3-series coupes starting with the 325i, 330i, 335i through to the M3.
The HAMANN Thunder is a modified BMW 3-Series coupe that now is equipped with a V10 engine that develops 560 PS and .

I agree. Instead of that elevated style trunk wing, do something fluid and integrated like BMW did with the E46 M3 CSL. The rear bumper has too much going on too. Tone it down a bit.....to nearly stock appearance but blend in a CF diffuser like Ferrari does with the F430 Scuderia. I would be tempted to do something with the front as well. That gaping opening in the bumper facia reminds me of one too many Hondas I've seen. It looks like it could suck up small children and animals.

        Ugly.

        Powerful.

Love half a day in that thing, but E30 with S50 swap I'd take instead.

I think it all goes together well and it doesn't look busy at all to me. I'll take one in satin black, thanks very much.

its suppose to look "to fast to furious" thats why they build them like that.. On the other hand, then could lose the rear wing but instead integrated into the trunk.. Possibly make a integrated rear diffuser as well.. But in any case I would take one in fire red! thank you very much..

Bleh. Too gaudy. Though I love that there is some major performance to back it up.
