    Thrift store finds FTW!

My uncle told me that he saw this when he was at the thrift store day before yesterday, and he was going to buy it for me, but figured I already had one. I tore ass down there today and it was still there, got it for a whopping $3.

I've been looking for one of these for a while now, but all I've ever been able to find is crappy plastic ones with vinyl lettering, this one is a thick street sign metal. Woo hoo!

Same here, you never know what you're going to find. I hit them all at least every couple of weeks. Pawn shops are a regular must, also.

Nah, they used to sell those for all kinds of cars, they were really big in the 80's. They still have them now, but like I said, all the ones I ever find are plastic.

good find, I've only seen raider nation parking and jewish parking only signs, this one beats both hands down.

Gotta add thrift stores to my repertoire. That's pretty cool. My best story is having picked up an M50 manifold at a pick-n-pull for $30 (coulda had another one for $15 another time if I'd had the time to pull it). And in a month I'll finally own the car to put it on. . . .
                      The current fleet:
                      1992 325ic: 148k-171k miles
                      1999 Chevrolet Tahoe LT 4WD, 114k-142k miles
1984 MasterCraft Stars and Stripes Powerslot (not a car :D) PCM Ford 351W, 904 hours
