The Official 2008 F1 Series Thread

Time to kick off a new year, testing has begun today, the 13th of November, in Barcelona. Schumacher is back in a car testing for Ferrari.

    And as always:

Many teams drivers are up in the air, this is when F1 looks more like a soap opera than anything.

Little time has been wasted by some teams to reorganize to improve their efforts. A couple of very noteworthy ones....

Ross Brawn (former Ferrari Technical boss) signs with Honda...

Motorsports coverage includes news, highlights, rankings and more spanning NASCAR, Formula 1, NHRA, ARCA, MotoGP, IndyCar and more auto racing circuits.

And Jean Todt is out as Ferrari's Team Principal - he's getting a desk job...

And of course the testing in Spain starting today and going until Thursday. I'm sure more news will be available as things shake out. I'm eager to see a new F1 car on YouTube without traction control

This is going to be interesting. I'm curious to see how many of the current drivers are going to fare without traction control.

I think we will see more passing for sure...much easier to make a mistake coming out of a corner.
