How much would you pay for my car?

I'm just curious as to what you guys think my car is worth. I definitely think I paid a good penny for it, but I think it's worth it since it has NO problems, other than cruise control, and weird bracket problem with the passenger seat.

    Some pictures:

    Small problems:
    - silver dollar size dent/knock on the passenger fender(bottom of fender)
    - passenger seat has a problem where the left side sags a bit

    The Good:
    - Fresh motor from bavarian engine exhange with 20k miles on it
    - fresh clutch
    - e30 m3 springs
    - bilstein sport shocks
    - e30 m3 rear sway bar, e30 cab front sway bar
    - reinforced shock mounts
    - reinforced and adjustable rear sway bar mounts
    - reinforced rear subframe
    - magnaflow 14815 muffler
    - plastic bumpers in flat black
    - re-upholstered interior
    - Ronal LS 15x7.5 wheels
    - Z3 SSK + M Shift Nob
    - standard cone filter intake w/ Lukas Heatshield
    - Kenwood CD Receiver / Alpine Amp and 600 Watt Sub w/ Capaciter
    - new oem control arms
    - TMS Chip

    Chassis has 166k on it.

The car is actually fairly stock, it maintains a clean look, and the it was repainted. But the driver side fender has a bad repaint(the story i know is that there was a small fender issue and instead of repairing it the PO bought a new fender and had it repainted, which i'm assuming was done hellrot not zinno).

Anways, I know it seems a lot like a for sale ad, but I'm just curious as to what you guys think it's worth. It has had roughly 1500$ worth of maintenance done to it since it was purchase making sure everything is tip-top.

So what do you think? If i put it up for sale what do you think it's worth?

( I do not plan on selling it at all anytime soon unless some amazing E46 M3 came up that i couldn't pass up).

88s had metals but had late valences. Plastics bolt right up.

88's come with Metals. But they are actually shorter bumper shocks than the 84-87, also the arches are fixed and the plastics slip right on. I put the plastics on, cost me 750$ total(getting them painted/mounted, and the front lip painted, and mirrors and window trim).

ouch. almost makes you want to start with an 89 except they seem more prone to rust for some reason. I've had an 87, 89 and my Dad has an 88 and the only one with rust is is the 89. All so cal non beach cars too. Also most of the 89s ive ever seen period had rust issues on the door and corners.
