    one of the mechanics at my work- actually I am now his journeyman- was a DTM mechanic in the E30 M3 days. He told me the other day that they had motors that were just for qualifying- they wouldnt last more than a few hours. said they were insane.

    where are some more pics?

        That is either the best reproduction I've seen, or a real car.
        The exhaust/muffler is a genuine OE DTM exhaust... not replicated.

        I can never get enough of those things. :grin:

          What distinguishes the genuine DTM exhaust from the look-a-likes?

          The finish?
          The bends?

            Chris it was discussed that it was a show car as the seams on this car were not welded and a few other things. I thing it has norace history built was a demo car?

              Any more info or pictures on this gr.A car from TN ? I would like to find out more about this car any help is greatly appreciated. I am trying to make a list of current DTM and gr.A car owners.

                Looks somewhat close to stock except for the pipe diameter, the system is not as loud as you would expect ( SS race is much louder ) and no bling :)

                    It's just a cover over the very bottom of the fuel cell, once removed you can drain the fuel. Yes that is my car.
