                Air bags have been around for years in heavy recovery, I've also seen bag set-ups sold to turn your pick-up into a dump body. Compressed air is usually how there inflated though...

                    ive seen that in magazines and stuff, old news. i too wonder the true strength of that..you know if they produce a bunch of them most likely a few of them will have defects or something

                      Probably no more than a common hydraulic jack. Air or fluid, you should still have stands under the car before you get under it.

                        Exactly. I wouldn't get under the car with this holding it up, but I wouldn't with my floor jack holding it up either. Must be on jack stands.
