Swap or turbo? Im most likely aquiring an obd1 e36 325is in good running and driving condition for dirt cheap($1k), my current e30 is a 87 325e with only 126k miles that needs a paintjob. The question is: should i destroy the e36, use its 5 lug, and swap in its 170k m50 in or keep the 325is as a nice daily driver and turbo the 325e which has i cam and valvesprings.

boost. Since your option is an M50, which doesn't even have that much power over the stock M20 anyways. Especially since you're using the ETA motor.-Erik
