Check out this month's Stuff pg. 56. Apparently Dominic Monaghan's (Pippin from LoTR, or Merry, can't remember which is which) ride of choice is a 89 318. He says "I'm not a big fan of getting cars that look like they should be stolen."

ahhhh dude I hate to tell you..but he is not speaking too highly of the E30.

89 318 = slow POS. not the same motor at all as the 318is.
