after 6-7 long weeks of pain and sitting on my ass. this afternoon i was actually able to get up on both legs and walk around without any help!!!!

p.s. my mom is in the hospital for hip replacement surgery. It was yesterday and already started physical therapy.

Yes its great but take your time. A friend had a foot injury in a car wreck and kept walking around on it making it take forever to heal.

Listen to the Docs and follow their instructions. That is why we pay em. Don't over stress the injury. I screwed up two fingers because I didn't get the set while being nuts one day in spain because I wanted to get back to Home after being on road two weeks now they are no longer straight.
