Yeah - kinda lame - but it was so easy, I couldn't pass it up.

The Army let me be a mechanic for a while, but it got in the way of my drinking.

          Now I specialize in disassembly.

            Enthusiast.

I enjoy turnin' wrenches on own time..

..but under strong impression that I'd grow to hate it pretty fast if I was making a living doing so.

I'm a VW tech at a Chrysler, Jeep, VW dealer, we are the unwanted step children. I'm thinking about moving to Audi after I get my VW master. Then after I get Audi master think that I might go to BMW. Or if my friend gets his new building built, maybe go work for his shop.

I work on BMW's and Porsches for an independent shop. Passed up an opportunity at the dealer because I cant give up working on old cars.

At the dealer I would give up working on these..

..for fixing E66 and E70 electrical problems. We are also working on a 1933 BMW 315 hillclimb car right now.

                    I love my job..

I was at two BMW independent shops. The latter I was mostly involved in projects (1992 E36 318is M3 Clone) (1985 eta to I swap). Now I own my own detailing business but am still actively building and repairing BMW's and VW's

                        1987 PRO-3 car /1990 325is (2.7i Concours)

Ha most people arent. I actually like the brown/gold combo on the Carrera. But the car is badass enough to back it up.

They are both my boss's cars. He doesnt like the color, but the prices were right. Also brown/beige/other boring colors tend to not have been run as hard as flashy reds, yellows, and such.
