Hmm, are the colors from your desktop "bleading" thru the drak portions of images on on the screen, expecially when you scroll?

I'd bet it a direct-x thing - install any new games recently? Or anything graphics related? Maby some old software?

Try upgrading/re-installing direct-x

Problem fixed.

I replaced my video card, and no problems since. The display is also much brighter and more clear.

This is what I got, $105 at Staples, $11 cheaper than www.newegg.com.

I had a 9800 Pro 128MB in the G5. Good card. Great card.
