it's for somebody who can't use their legs to drive (either paralysed or amputated).

there was a guy who autox'd a 330ci in everett, he was fucking fast as hell too - was in a wheel chair. I watched him change to R-comps by himself. then I saw some fat slob walking by with a mcdonalds bag..
