If they aren't leaking I would leave them alone though. Check into a cap, rotor, rad hoses and v belts.

so heres my list so far:

          Timing belt
          tensioner
          water pump
          water pump gasket
          water pump bolts
          pulleys
          other belts
          cam seal
          intermediate shaft seal
          crank seal
          o-ring on cam shaft retainer
          cap and rotor
          thermostat
Ii would rather do it all in one swoop so anything else is that area that I should replace?

The front main crank seal is not something easy to change BTW.

Yeah, unless you have leaks I'd just stick with the belt and pump and such.

I just got done doing mine today actually. I def. replace all belts if need be as well as coolant hoses since they got to come out anyway. Water pump also and do make sure that you get every part of the old water pump gasket off the engine block too or you will have to go through the whole procedure again which is a pain but easier the second time through. lol other things you will need as well would be a 3mm allen wrench (for the rotor), 32mm open ended wrench(for the fan) and a 22mm socket. another thign i would recommend is to make sure you empty all the fluid out of the engine or atleast have soemthign to catch all the coolant that will coem out.

Alright I'm about to order the parts and I was wondering if it matters what company water pump I choose? Graf, Hepu, Meyle are all listed on bma and i was wondering if it matters.
