He's typically ignorant, overly enthusiantic about what he knows little about, and hypocritical, as links and quotes below will display perfectly.

My gripe with Josh is that he has no basis to talk shit about the Veyron. He reads things on the internet without thought or understanding or analysis. And to prove this point, let's go to this post:

Anyone know where you can download it?

Your comments have been noted and filed away under "shit people say about things they don't know anything about".

Well see, he's probably driven both a McLaren F1 and a Veyron, along with having been present during the design and engineering stages of the cars.
To say that his response to the Bugatti now is ironic and hypocritical would likely be accurate.

Hence, my annoyance of someone like Josh with no real critical thinking ability or insight talking shit about a car... when it is quite clear he can't think for himself or even remember what his opinions have been.

For once, I agree with equate.
But you didn't even bother to ask whether or not equate has the credentials to form such an opinion??? I guess it's OK because he agrees with you, right?

As much as you discount the knowledge of people who didn't finish college - I'll return the favor. You're a HS auto tech drop out. Don't act like you can roll with engineering majors or that you have anything incredibly valuable to bring to the table.

You're not an engineer and you aren't finished with college yet - so STFU. You're just an errand boy.
I'm saying directly a Bugatti is not a vehicle that can be measured by words and numbers like a corvette. The corvette and cars built on its engine (Aero and Mosler) are about numbers and performance. The Veyron may not be astounding by records anymore, or by hp/liter but that's not its purpose or intent. An engineer may not be a fan of a veyron or maybe they would like the new creative aspects of it, but at least they have more grounding to base an opinion of engines than "This is fucking stupid... the other car is fast with a V8".

If by interesting you mean he presents poor arguments and is way too proud of being in college - yes he is interesting.
