Now Josh and Patrick, if you want to simplify things and compare two highly different cars for highly different purposes, while neither being engineers and dropping out of universities, so be it, but i'm LOL'ing.
Are you implying that the appeal of the veyron is harder to understand than the corvette? Does it now take an engineer to appreciate the veyron?

You're not an engineer and you aren't finished with college yet - so STFU. You're just an errand boy.

If not, please remove FTW from your post. Consumer reports, videos, and pics on the internet are not acceptable criteria by which to form an opinion.
shut up tool. everyone and their sister has seen or ridden or driven a corvette. The concept is not unique or hard to understand.

In addition to criticizing the looks of a car he has never seen in person that is meant to stand out and make a statement like art, he criticizes the engineering as well which was part of the reason I laughed.

    I'll take the 2009 ZR1 FTW:

Sorry, that's bullshit and you know it.
If he sees one in person he would have more room to talk than just being a commando on the keyboard being a critic of the world's automobiles. I argued against people who said the new 5er was ugly, based solely on looking at pics online but I rather liked them in person or driving a 545i without a throttle body.

And if he knew anyone with one maybe he's appreciate the reality that everyone does not see cars the way he does (E30 is the BCE...)

I stand corrected, it's Rodney, not Robert, but funny none the less. Heeter spelled wrong too.

No, he's the heeter that is likely to drive your car to you after service has been completed at the dealership. He should at that point tell you how carefully he washed it for you.

Second line... well, I lived in an area in which one did cruise my street and a friend's stepdad is the criteria exactly, hence his ownership.

My friend's stepdad enjoys his Veyron and thinks it attractive, and I can dig it as well. Sure it's not as "sensible" as a F430 but it was very intended as such. Sure it doesn't look like a lot of cars out there, but it wasn't intended to.

But proclaiming you don't like it and talk shit online about something he's never seen... that's worthless. Then again, it's what Eurospeed has been doing for years... including giving criticism of other people's cars even when he didn't have a license.

The Aero is a shoddy pure performance vehicle. The Veyron is a extreme high-end luxury vehicle that can go very fast. They are nothing alike.
Bottom line is you're saying he's not qualified to form an opinion.

That's 100% bullshit - and you're not qualified to give anyone advice. Moreover, it's illogical for you to discount his opinion because you are as far outside your recommended criteria as he is.

Eh, I don't think it's my role in life to say what is FTW and FTL in the world online. Apparently you disagree about yours. The Veyron was never intended for someone like you, so why expect it to fit your desires.
Robert Heeter - Go hang out with your 100's of engineering friends and tell yourself you're having a good time.

Also, if you're implying that they veyron was "Made for someone like yourself" then the only one you must have seen is the pink barbie-mobile. To be quite honest, you seem best suited for a Miata or a green turbo beetle - complete with the OEM flower vase.
