I've gone in there at least 4 or 5 times, and I would stand in the parts department for at least 10 minutes each time, while they all stood there looking at me and pretending not to notice me. One time, when someone did finally ask "if I needed help", I told him the part that I needed, and he goes, "oh, for that old BMW out there? We probably don't carry that part anymore."

for some reason the ford dealership my dad works at (he sells heavy trucks, sterlings, not fords ;p) has an account at the bmw dealership down the road so i get 35% off parts :D . just got a whole bunch of stuff for my car i just need to get it back, got fucked over at the mechanics, theyve had the car for 4 weeks :evil: :evil: :evil: . cant do anything about it now though, just gotta wait, they "promised" to have it done on monday, but who knows.
