What do you guys think of this one-off unique miata hardtop?

My buddy over at AutoKonexion.com made it during his spare time in his home garage:

Obviously it has a few things to be worked out still, this is the first picture of it being recognized as a hardtop on a miata.

Thats the sickness. Kinda like the first time I saw a yellow and blue s2k with a hardtop, but that was designed by Spoon. In his garage, Your friend made a homosexual "fag basket" into one sexy little Sport coupe. Smacks of Shelby Daytona Coupe. I wouldnt question my sexuality rolling in this, only thing it needs is a supercharged 5.8l Cobra R conversion w/ tremec T-56 and it would be in supercar territory.

I think its looks sick, way better then a stock miata, has a porsche look to it, or maybe even a datsun 240z cause of how small it is.

            Its fake...

            produce more pics.

I don't know if I like it or not. I could definately see me getting used to it but its just out of the ordinary. Awesome craftsman ship though.

HAHAHAHAHA! i was just gonna post that!! LOL! so tempted to get one (nsx)...

i like how miatas look with the factory hard tops, but, not sure on that one, looks pretty good for a one-off. I used to own a supercharged miata from that era...cool stuff.

There were companies in Japan that were converting miatas to coupes, cant remember who did them though, NA's and NB models like this specimen...

That red Miata reminds me of all the RE Amamiya Fd's w/ Porsche lights and such. They really advanced the look of those cars. BTW I want the wheels on the second Miata.
