90 325 convertible front passenger window

I have played with every angle and see no way to get both runners on the wheels. There is a front & rear sleeve attached to the window, and wheels on the power window mechanism. I can get one or the other (front or back) on but not both, getting near one makes it impossible to get on the other.

Any help would really appreciated I can't believe I have to drill the rivets on the wheels but it seems so.

    Thanks!

    I really need help!

Any help at all would be appreciated. I am in Mexico and e36 is the first model sold here. The dealer said take it to an indipendent because they don't know this model. If the dealer doesn't know how to do it I sure am not taking it to some one else that has never seen this car.

I drilled the rivets, the wheels are old & flat on one side. I need to replace them asap, but it works!
