Happens in both of my cars. Gotta take the scenic route as much as possible.

The only time I don't miss driving my car is when I drive it to school. The roads are really shitty in certain places and it kills my back sometimes.

I get that, but usually I'm shocked that the car made it without falling apart or exploding.

I quit my aerospace job that was 10 min from my house to work 45 min away. Of coarse the jump in pay kinda helped influence the decision. I did way the factor of being able to drive the cabrio more as a plus.

I take the long way to work many a day. Although with bad subframe bushings and two roaring rear wheel bearings, the short way is becoming more attractive until I get things fixed up. :)

Yeah sometimes I take the longer route to where I need to just to drive longer. Especially on those nice sunny days. Its a really fun experience, even at the speed limit

No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

Most of the time i find it enjoyable to hop out of the car and someone walks up to talk about your car.

Ever since I got my E30, I've found myself taking the long way around to go places, even to get to places that are normally only 15 minutes away.

I especially like seeing these signs:

Other thing I notice, is a desire to go and drive my car, after looking at interior pics of someone else's E30! I see the pics, and am reminded of what a great place it is to sit and drive.

Hmmm, I'm going for a little drive now.....

Occasionally, 90% of the time it's because I'm upset about something, and don't feel like talking to anyone. Driving always seems to help, but not like casual time to think about stuff kind of driving
