I'm with cferb.. Whenever I'm pissed off, I get in the car, start her up, and drive to Tripoli, 50 odd miles away. Even though Lebanon has no, yes, absolutely no speed limits, I drive it at about 100-140, not more.. I love driving my car, and also take the long routes everywhere. :)

Yes yes and yes, always take the long (relaxing or not) way home.

But when the the trip ends go out about 10 feet from the car, light a cigarette and just look at her.

Its like saying goodbye until next time.

I get that feeling all the time, so did my father (1st owner of the car since 1987), until he bought the E36 for DD.

That is, one of many reasons, why the car in 2002 (when it passed from him to me) had 550K Kms. But she is STILL doing the god damn job!!And she is (and will) doing it with style.

P.S. : please excuse any grammar or spelling mistakes, since most of my English knowledge is obtain basically through the net.

I already posted here, but your grammar is fine. You even used parenthesis correctly. You'd be surprised how much better your English is than some people on these boards.

No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

I only leave my cars to sleep and get on the computer.... by which I off course mean spend time with my girlfriend who lives with me....yeah.... (shhhh she might see this play along guys)

but yeah, I am a parts runner and delivery driver, so I am always in my cars. I spend all day every day driving around... and I'm not going to lie, my job is fun and I make way too much money for the things I do....but i do use more gas than anyone I know and put mileage on my cars like mad...but I also keep them well maintained.

Happens to me all the time. Every time I wash it, I always take it around the block a couple times and get on the brakes to dry all the water off of them, and end up going for a short drive. Or sometimes I'll get someplace too early, and just go drive around for a while.
