Who makes the best long tube headers for the M20? Best place to buy?

            Nice .

These days BavarianAutosport probably has the best price on long tubes plus theirs is a blatant ripoff from the Stahl design so they give good gains .

Is header and new O2 sensor worth the money with the performance gains acheived? What kind of realistic gains can one expect 3-5 HP?

If you really want to pick it apart there is NO bolt on type mods that are worth the money for an M20 .
With the slight exception being maybe a $50 eBay chip and a budget sub $1k turbo install .

Save your engine mod money for a nice 24v swap of your liking .

That's all I needed to know.

                  S52 + M50 manifold would be nice!
