    what is this for??

    i found this unplug connector there i try to see if anything was disconnected and i didn't find anything, any idea??

    That should plug up nicely to your neon undercarriage lights IIRC.

      no clue but i had the same plug and still do on both my e30's 87 and 88. they must be some diagnostic shit or something

            looks like a plug for a headlight or somethin. wouldn't know why its up by the fuse box, tho.

              Plug for OBC alarm horn. On some cars the horn was mounted up there by the hood catch, but then they moved it down to the brake duct area.

                            Ya the wiring diagram shows it as an unused plug, with the power to it tapping off the power that goes to the OBC horn. If you ever look at an early e30 they have a big cover there by the fuse box and have a horn mounted right there.
