    Are these legal to have on your car in the US?

    legal just as long as youre not driving with it on the car. all lights have to reflect light a certain distance. even if it was day time, youd still get pulled over for it. same deal with the older style super clear tails. it would be nice for photoshoots and shows. thats about it, but youd save alot more money if you could find just covers like what GTS makes, if you were gonna use them for that purpose.

      All that is is spray paint... many many many coats and alot of clearcoat.

      Definately not legal and NOT safe.

                    Those are just stock tails like Jordan said, with a ton of black spray paint. I would be surprised if any light came out of those things. He sells every set that he lists too.

                      Tint paint (good stuff that costs ~$40/can) is freaking awesome. It will black them out as dark as that, yet when you turn the lamps on, they have almost the same light output. It's the way the coating works. Crazy stuff.
