How to adjust Euro Ellips aim?

I can figure out well enough that the aiming screws are involved.....duh :P

But what tool would be best to turn them? Hand, screwdriver, or pliers?
How should I exactly aim them? Techniques?
Any like design or layout to have them in a correct aimed setup, like say.....have the center be at 2 feet up and X from center......10 feet away.

I would post showing off my new Euro Eliips, but they are hella mis-aimed, and one city light is burnt out. I have 8 wedge bulbs SOMEWHERE in my room, just have to find them.

I think part of the problem is my rake points the lights down too far.
But the highs are aimed well, and SO SO SO bright.

i use my hand and screw driver, nbest bet is to work the adjustors free when they are outof the car, lube them up and what not.

and for the aimming pattern, i'm waiting for kris to post that!

are the adjusting screws new? if not you'll probably need pliers. a screwdriver will likely just break the plastic part of the adjusters, and they are too small to grip on for too long. plus the lights will get hot and you'll burn yourself if you try to do it bare handed.

If they're new screws, put some vaseline all over the threads of them. It'll provide a bit of lube and they won't rust out like 99.9% of the ones you see.

i found aiming them higher is better. little pay back for the SUV drivers that blind me on a regular basis.

roll up against a wall and eyeball it (20 feet away or so.. cut off makes it very clear where you are).

            Word.

Ive found you can fit a socket over the aiming screws... works well for me.

Thanks guys. The aiming screws are not new. I shall find out how hard they wil be to adjust sometime soon.

Is it okay with the highs are both facing inward a little.....they hit the small point almost. (But is fucking awesome when tailing someone you don't like......the interior of their car looks like daytime  )

I'll get the light off of the ground, then do the relay mod. Seriously loving them though.
