    I did the come and get it before I toss it thing a few months ago. I had a garage and basement full e30 parts, I could have built a e30 with my collection. But I was trying to get my house packed up to move across the country. I had no room to take them nor did I want them to go to waste. SO I offerd them up for a come an get em toss me a few bucks my way thing, and one guy out of 25 showed up, and walked off with a mountain of good and some very hard to find parts for 50 bucks. He showed up less than 24 hours of my leaving, and had to come back for a 2ed trip latter that week end.

    So my point in that story is just because someone says they are gonna toss out some good parts dose not mean they are not a good member of the community, and there my be circumstances behind why they are getting tossed out.

      I've got shitloads of parts, anyone who's been to my place can vouch for that. I can't tell you the number of times someone has seen this stuff for the first time and said "damn man, you should sell this stuff on Ebay or R3V or something!".... BTDT. I am pretty in tune with the going price for parts, but it's gotten to where I'd rather sell something to a shop or a rebuilder for the same or MORE than someone around here would pay for it than deal with the lowballing and the poor-mouthing.

      Oh, and if you can get it for 95% less on Ebay- then stop wasting my time- buy the part on Ebay!!!!! You're not gonna hurt my feelings....But don't be surprised if you get shafted by the seller on purpose or they send you the wrong parts because the don't know WTF they've got.


      Blunt summed it up nicely I think- I've got something you want, I don't want or need it- make me a REASONABLE offer and don't annoy the shit out of me and we'll both be happy in the end. I don't need to sell parts to make a living, I do it mostly so I can justify buying new toys.
      Between Blunt's post and this one, I have nothing left to say. That must be a first.

          well just to let you that pm'd me on my thread I didnt forget about you and nothings been thrown away. I just got swamped with work this week and I will be pming you guys later this week
