you are also missing a hex tool that goes underneath the adjustable pliers... i dont know what it is for tho

Mine has an allen there that supposedly lets you open & close the window if the motor breaks through the plug.

Its not a wheel lock spot
It's not a spare bulb spot.

Its for the manual window crank on older cars. E30s use the allen wrench instead; so it's empty.
