I'm sure we can help you get rid of all that "junk" for you...euro grills, 15" BBS RZ's and M30 AFM's are of value to some of us ;)Originally posted by M-technik-3Thanks, but it's in need of wax a cut a bath and a steering rack and an interior. ps-that trail of coolant I'm leaving behind me is getting old. I'd really like to do my timing belt, but I want someone there that's done it before. Any of you guys up for it? I'm off the entire last 10 days or so of July, and will travel. Maybe if there are a few guys who need stuff done we can make it a wrenching day?Comment

I'd be up for that. Hey Gregg, could we use the base as a wrenching location. There are a few things I'd like to do as well and I know I can't get that many cars into the garage I use.Driving is the only way to go faster....Comment

Yeah, I think we could do it. This weekend wouldn't be bad to do it.Comment

Tell me where to go and when, and I'll be there. Also, what parts are best for this, just the belt, tensioner, and water pump? Anything I should grab just in case? I'd rather replace too much than not enough, you know? Oh, and what's the best place to buy this stuff from your experiences?Comment

I bought all mine from the local parts house. IDCP in Burlington Mass. is a good parts place. They stock all German parts good prices as any online shop and local.Comment

Got some contact info from them? I could swing by Thurs and grab the parts. Thanks for the tip.Originally posted by M-technik-3I bought all mine from the local parts house. IDCP in Burlington Mass. is a good parts place. They stock all German parts good prices as any online shop and local.Comment

I'd like to adjust my camber, rotate the wheels, and make sure I don't have any air in my brake lines before the track event on Monday. Hey, can we run the cars in the lot so I can check my tire temps to make sure camber is correctly set? I also need to do a few miscellaneous things, like reconnect my schroth harnesses, install a new heat sheild I'm making for the intake, and wrap my headers up so they're not exposed to the engine bay. I think I can do all of mine off the lift, just use jack stands.Driving is the only way to go faster....Comment

That's right, I forgot you were running your car monday! Good luck with that...next season I should be ready to hit the track too...Originally posted by modifiede30before the track event on Monday.Comment
