Went to a Mopar meet today (56k no)

I know some people like to see american iron on here. And i went to the 2008 Mopar meet at Mason Dixon Dragway today. There wasn't that many cars there due to the weather. But i got some pictures of a few cars.

The first one was my dads car in 1981 when i was 2 years old. I'd thought i'd never get to see it again, but somehow it ended up back here.

Yes, there is something different about this Valiant :o

Mopar or no car! (with certain german exceptions )
Your Dad's old car is the shizz. was it a real S/stock plymouth?
that ups the "whoa" factor like x 1,000,000,000...
      either way sweet iron!

That's rad that there's some hot rod fellas on here. Some Mopars are ridiculous but some are just pure beauty. Check out my old ride. I miss the hell outta this car. 383 with a mild purple cam and holley 770. This thing sounded rowdy. You can hear how lumpy it was in the video. It had 80,000 original miles. I've never gotten more thumbs up than I did in this car...

It was just a normal 65 Plymouth Satallite. With fiberglass hood, fenders, and bumpers. Dana rear, fenderwell headers, and i don't know what motor it has in it now? And dandingo, nice big C-body. Sounds alot like the 383 4bbl 66 Coronet i had in high school.

I dig the Early B -bodies, Thought about doing an A body (only due to the $$$$ of the E bod's) kick my own ass daily for passing on a $500.00 71' Challenger in High school because it had "too much rust" it would be worth like $30,000.00 now if I hadn't even touched it.

I will be sure to find my minty fresh 70" Hemi-cuda in a barn for $400.00 any day now though, will post pic's when I pick it up....
