i've been married for 12 years and my wife has never looked better...she did go
thru the child bearing phase that wasn't particularly appealing, but we are done
with kids and at 39, she has really stepped it up...gym workout every morning...
navel piercing last year...just paid a visit to the plastic surgeon and exchanged
those Bs for Ds...and she visits the spa frequently for waxing...brazilian...A+

Did she volunteer for the rack job? My wife keeps hinting at it, and how can I argue with her? My only concern is that those fakes feel a little funny. As for the waxing - ditto here, except sometimes she will go for the full hair removal - which is nice now and again.

while fairly expensive, the waxing is low maintenance...

the latest trip to the plastic surgeon was her idea...she actually
had some lipo done about 3 years ago and had planned to do the
boobs after she dropped some weight...she works out faithfully,
but exercise alone won't reverse the gravitational effects of breast
feeding two kids...

if your wife wants to do it...support her...you will be amazed at how
her self image improves...

The implant technology has improved so much in the past year or two. I shadowed a plastic surgeon for a term in college a few months ago, and he was showing me all of the different kinds. The new ones feel very real and are even shaped like real breasts. I was pretty impressed. But ultimately, the outcome depends on the skill of your surgeon. The guy I shadowed is the president of the American Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Society.
