    it was actually straight bolt on. no clearance problems at all. thanks again for the comments guys. seems like a pretty cool crowd on this forum. A LOT cooler than vwvortex. mostly obnoxious snobs on there with a firm hand of, :"you do this and that" or your car looks like shit. All the mkiv vw guys are so close-minded anymore...not open to anything different. i look forward to attaining my first e30 and joining you guys as a fellow owner instead of just admiring.

        Well I think I am definitely in the minority here.... but seeing that rear shot is swaying me toward the Ebay tails... *GASP* I think I'll pick up a set and LED modify them. I'll get the smoked top versions though. Thanks for posting...

        LOL be on the lookout for my OEM late-model LED tail lights in the for sale section if that happens.

            I refuse to drink beer and crawl underneath things that could crush me like an ant should they fall. Now when I'm washing? Or when I just finished...uhh yeah!


            Now the car? Holy damn she's gorgeous, thats one of the first times I have seen a carbon fiber hood pulled off...like perfectly. Something about the blue I guess...
