Doing good in the middle of nowhere.
Warm and sunny, just not as dry as SoCal :)

Made up my mind a few weeks ago, Hawaii Kai becomes our new digs.
Planning on building next year., oh music room, big southern porch and matching rocking chair to enjoy the warm rain.
