Fucking Lambos and Ferrari's (esp. Lambos) *making jerking off motion* trying hard to still be considered race cars when most people attribute them with the term.
Mariano, we need this smiley to get that emotion across:

^ so it only records how often you drive, not your speed or anything? That's what I understood from the article (though it is from Progressive's own website)
some cars start messing up if they aren't used on a daily bases, my friends dads truck was used like once every few weeks and it would start breaking down every few thousand miles, he bought it brand new in 2000 i believe it has about 30 or 40 thousand miles on it and it breaks down all the time now.

Fucking Lambos and Ferrari's (esp. Lambos) *making jerking off motion* trying hard to still be considered race cars when most people attribute them with the term. Pigs of cars, tons of cylinders, blah blah. Lazy engineering FTL. One can stuff a V12/V10 into anything and make it fast. I dunno I just have some bones to pick with the "high end/ultra expensive and exotic" cars.

My sentiments exactly, minus the Ferrari's. Lamborghini's have never really impressed me all that much (not that they're out to), mainly because they have no racing pedigree or history to speak of. It's so awesome to see one really built for the track, and the driver/owner out there using it for what it should be used for. When exotics are used for actual down and dirty racing, that's when they get my blood pumping.

It's what happens when you go from building expensive farm implements to expensive on-road cars.

Indeed. On a current episode of Bullrun(deicent show if you havent caught it) the d00ds in the lambo are having clutch problems. And according to them replacing the clutch in that peice is around a 40 hour job??! If thats anywhere near accurate, FUCK THAT! Needless to say they get kicked that episode.

Reason: Eye cunt speel!
Equal rights should be all or nothing, not picked and chosen based on what's convenient for ones personal agenda.
Lambo>ferarri in my book. Not in the form of racing pedigree's or anything to that extent... I can just appriciate what he was doing when he made the company just to spite ferarri.
If you have ever driven either you'd understand. Old ferarri's kick ass... newer ferarri's just aren't as enjoyable, too damn refined. Lambo on the otherhand tends to maintain a very raw and brutish "lazy enginerring" method as some people seem to view it. Personally, I look at shit like hyundai making some 300-400hp super sedan like everyone else, and even when you get behind the wheel of something like that... yeah it has the numbers... but who cares if it still feels like a minivan? Go rape some pavement in a ferarri/lambo and see how much you dislike the way they choose to use v10/v12's to get in excess of half a thousand ponies stomping.
I just know when there are big names painted on the sides of race cars, they paid the team to put them there.
rip curl is a surf company that has been around for many years. i find this odd simply because this isn't really a key market for them to advertise in. i don't know of too many people that follow both motorsports and surfing. i personally do. i love them both. but it's really two different ends of the spectrum. guess that just means i'm bi-polar.
