Do they make a special rear spring for cabrios? I've never seen one mentioned. Has anyone tried HR sports on a cabrio? Any big problems?

I don't have a vert so someone else should chime in if I'm wrong but I think there are special cabrio springs with different spring rates to help with the rear. You could probably use regular sport springs but the rear may sag

H&R makes a cabby specific "sport" spring kit. I had it on my car and liked them before I put H&R race springs on (not for cabbys, but even without any spring pads the rocker was dead level with the ground). To make it look OK with the race's I put the rear pads back in, but kept the fronts out (1/2" more pad in the rear than front).

            H&R Sports + Bilstein sports -

All spring pads were still there.

            Race springs without front pads-

Eibach also makes a set Cabby specific, they are progressive. Iraland sells them.
A bit stiffer rears to compensate for the extra structural reinforcement weight in the rear.
Also keeps the spring rates ratio front to rear more in line with the weight distribution of the Cabby..
