Shaved my head for charity and

a new set of Dunlop tires. While I was at the SEMA show in Los Vegas I was approached by the Dunlop tire people for a little advertising stunt. 30 people were chosen to have the the tread of the new FM 901 shaved in there head. For this little stunt Dunlop donated $250.00 to Racers Against Street Racing in my name and I get a brand spanking new set of tires for free. It's kind of hard to take a picture of your own head but this is the best I could get. I will be getting an eamil with the professional pix next week but for now....

I mostly did it for the Racers against street racing cause. The tires are cool but they will sit until I need to use them. I am a huge supporter of shutting down street racing.

Awesome! The tread on the FM901's is pretty cool looking... but not much gets said about those tires. I'd like to hear some feedback on them and see if they are a good competitor to the Yoko AVS ES100's.

              that reminds me...

We had a bet senior year in HS about a baseball game with our teacher. We were betting on the Yankees, he was betting on the Red Sox.... big surprise....
We won, and shaved a NY Yankees symbol into the back of his head... man good fun.

Jordan, you know who it was? You're most favoritist teacher ever! Mr. Garnham.... who later was fired for alleged attempt to have a sexual relation with a student...

My middle school had that kind of thing once. But all of the teacher backed out when they found out that they lost. :(

I have had a set of them on my stock 15" basketweaves, but they are pretty much bald now. The grip was very good, both wet and dry, but they wore out in only 1 year(treadwear rating is only 200), so if you're looking for a long term street tire, these may not be the best choice. I have no experience with the yokos for comparison though.

Ask them if they would give you an unlimited amount of tires for life if you tattoo it into your head.
