Have you guys also noticed how nice the car goes up hills now.

As other people have mentioned, the car feels pretty stock, but once the boost kicks in...its goodbye for everyone. And as TCD mentioned the motronic is infact the weak link, once you are able to get a nicely tuned standalone system, its all good.

Very important to keep your engine well oiled, and change the oil more often than usual. Avoid pinging or knocking and you'll have a long lasting happy boosted m20. :)

Theres also a nice article at BEN, in the performance section, i think the title is Adventures in Turbocharging...might find it helpful.

    Just my 2 cents.

Personally I think that the SR20DET belongs in the 240sx more.

its 105 outside so i want to keep my AC so i think the turbo is a best alternative. so do you guy think i should get new pistons and rings. since i have the block out and the tranny how about a light flywheel. the pistons look real new and doesnt seem to be much wear on the engine parts. what can i do to make 8 to 12 of boost reliable.
I say go turbo, fun as hell to drive, nice sound and I'm still using the A/C system, many persons ripped off their A/C systems for space issues, not my story, and all the kits available for the m20 that i know must be deleted the A/C :o
