$150 for a timing belt change (parts and labor included) is unheard of. It is a great price. timing belt changes can cost anywhere from 400-600 depending on who does it and where you are located. Good Luck

Are your bottlecaps white? Or is just from the flash that makes them look white?

The wheel needs to be refinished. All the coating has come off that one. The other three are decent. I'm looking at how difficult it would be to sand/paint it. I've called a few places and they want $130 a wheel to bring them back. Man I wish this thing was 5 lug!

I got really lucky with mine, Had a snapped timing belt and some hail damage, But I had a donor car for all that. They wanted $1500, Ended up pulling $700 cash out and he went for it right away lol. Mine does need a lot of love though.... But its a cabbie, And it had plastic bumpers.

Bottlecap wheels are a dime a dozen. You can find a nice set for $100.00

Better yet, get some BBS Basketweaves. I paid $250.00 for mine and $200.00 for the set I had on my 86 ES

Or go with some 15" Euroweaves. Cost more though. Then there are Ronals and other wheel options.

But if you want some inexpensive wheels that will be a nice upgrade, some BBS Basketweaves will do nicely and they are inexpensive.
