Colegrove, seeing you have so many years wrenching (like I do installing) I would assume it is really difficult for you to explain the really basic stuff (like it is for me), things you have done so many times it is now first nature...just like anyone who has achieved Master status (as I have installing).
So, here are my suggestions:
1. Full suspension rebuild. Spring swaps, strut/shock swaps, control arms (show an M20 car since it looks like less space than an M42 car) trailing arm bushings, subframe bushings, the whole enchilada, just one bite at a time.
2. Timing belt, including valve adjustment, water pump, tensioner, etc.
3.Motor/tranny R&R, including clutch install.
Try and keep in mind that a total newb who has never turned a wrench just might need to rely on your instructions, so do your damndest to explain the hell out of everything.
A complete tool list, with a list of "options" would be nice, too.

It is tough to cover the basics, getting the point accross can be just about impossible especially when its a "feels like this" thing.
I am going to replace an engine in a convertable at the shop next week...
I'll Probably take my camera I will be doing just about everything ...T-belt... valve adj clutch...
Possible several "write ups" could be illustrated. then I'll go from there.
