Another year of a legal car

Got the ole girl inspected today... they didn't even test emissions... ? maybe it's cuz it's 17 years old? i dunno

or maybe it's cuz i walked in & said to the owner "HEY, Whitey (yeah, that's his real name) how are ya? How's Addam doin?" but i doubt it

I know New York Requires safety inspections (apparently Massachusetts too)

From what I remember mostly they are concerned with rust (in N.Y.) making the cars unsafe.

Yeah you have to get saftey inspections in NY, and someplaces just make sure your headlights and wipers work, others will get anal about the torque specifications on the wheel lugs/bolts (no joke). But you could run strait pipes for all they care, no emmisions what so ever.

Over here they check everything, they even drive your car to see if the odometer works.

I drove the car around the block and said "See, it works". I'm not letting some gas boy drive my car. No emissions though
