that was the plan like 4+ years ago, then some mods got taken down / left, and then management went all faggety and said to play nice.

I wonder if I somehow may also be responsible for some of this.

I pointed out a few months ago in their GB thread for IE exhausts that they were the same shit being on sold on eBay for less money. I'm PM'd Chris and he said he had no idea if they were the same.

I did the same thing. First I posted about the exhausts being on ebay for much less. Then he deleted my post so I did it again and he deleted it again.

Then he had a group buy for some aluminum radiators that IE sells. He had one for himself and everyone was posting about how sick they were and how the IE price is such a good deal for a product like that. I think he was selling them for like $395 or something. I figured they were cheap chinese pieces so I looked on ebay and sure enough, they were on there for like $170. I posted about it, and this time he thanked me for the heads up and stopped selling them. Then I got banned.

Oh well, it seems that my account is active again for some reason.

Yeah, I was banned over there for pointing out that "IE" "high performance" radiators and exhausts are the same thing as the asian shit they sell on ebay for hundreds less.

I wouldn't bother. I don't even post or browse over there but from what I've gathered in reading this thread, it would be a waste of time. It also sounds like they are on a slow path to failure which is being skillfully laid but the folks who run it. Ain't self-destruction grand?
