will a 92' 525i Tranny fit an 89' 325i?

If the 5-eries is labeled as a "1991" then it has the M50NV and the tranny won't work without a few mods and a bunch of worthless hassle .

I believe 91+ 5ers had a M50. Not sure about which tranny that would be though. There is a good chance it will work. Search about it in the 24v section.
