24 Hours of LeMons in a 325e...come see

We've got a team of 6 completely insane people who are racing an '87 325e in the 24 Hrs of LeMons this weekend at CMP in Kershaw SC. I know of at least 2 other teams locally that are supposed to be running E30's- and I'm sure there will be more that I don't know about right now.


While it's technically NOT 24 hours of racing, I think we race 7-8 hours on Saturday and 8-9 hours on Sunday.....Should be a true test of this car and the people who have to drive and work on it. I think I'm bringing a (mostly) complete 325e parts car to the race, so hopefully we'll have plenty of spares.......

I'm racing with team Hong Norr! Its an old CRX in red, number 00 i believe. I would rather have been in an e30 but its my team members that had the honda car parts and shit laying around. I have a feeling we wont be out there long, lol.

You need to watch some of the LeMons videos- I think you'll find plenty if you do a quick Youtube search for Lemons or 24 hours of lemons. Once you see the caliber of some of the drivers, I think you'll see that your plate would be in a very risky situation.

I could never guarantee that I could give you your plate back- so I better not borrow it. Besides, we need to cut as much weight as possible.......... ;) Thanks though...

The red car is NOT the LeMons car- it's Weird Al's SpecE30 car, and I'm pretty sure it's got at least a couple of cracks in the dash.


Funny you mentioned it though, the LeMons car did have a PERFECT uncracked dash. it was a 1 owner car, garaged most of it's life, until the owner bought a new car and gave this one to his ~19 yo daughter, who promptly ran into the back of someone with it.


Then I bought it and now it's a race car. ;)


Anyone need an uncracked dash?? Pickup only in NC- I will NOT ship.
