been parting cars out for almost 13 years (i've killed a ton of e30s) and i can understand their stance, they get bombarded with requests like that everyday i am sure and they just don't want to fuck with the paperwork, sometimes the title has already been sent in for the dismantlers permit which makes papers even more of a whore if they are not staffed to send someone to a notary and do the transfer

likely has nothing to do with what they think the car is worth as it's just another 17 year old block of metal to them

Take what you want from it and let it die peacefully.

good point. I am going to start tearing that car apart if they refuse to sell it.

you should definitely call them. Please do, so we can put this car to good use in the E30 community rather than let it rust to the ground.

Just curious, why would you be interested in meeting up with me? it's not my car, it is a nearby junkyard's. But if you need directions there and stuff, sure!

what more do i want? i want to own that car, replace the head gasket, and drive it, or sell it to my brother in law!!

i guess i am settling for just a few parts though....

Yeah most of the time when a car hits the junkyard it can not be sold. I would hurry up and start parting it out because E30 around my junkyard go quick!

this E30 will not go quick around here. No one has E30s around here, most everyone here doesn't even know what an E30 is. So it will probably be crushed or left to rot, so i will be taking as many parts as possible, and by posting on this forum, i hope others near this area will also take advantage of this car.

i have no idea, but i am sure it is the same. The phone number and location of this junkyard is in my first post at the beginning of this thread.

A headgasket and paint is all that E30 needs, tis a shame indeed.
