Sorry to hear about your car... I guess you could be happy that she hit you where she did; it probably would have caused you more harm if she had t-boned you or something. I hope everything works out with the insurance

I spoke to MY adjuster and they said they cant force you to total a car since its the other persons insurance company but (and dont take this the wrong way) its going to cost more to fix that than the car is worth.

If the insurance company calls it a total and says they are going to give you wholesale then (if driveable) Take it home and remove the suspension. Id just go get some blown shocks to hold the axles on the car and let them have the fuckers with no springs unless they are willing to cover custom parts costs.

Shit if my car is ever totalled they are going to have fun trying to figure out how to tow a subframe out.
