go to a DR or chiro. ASAP. establish some kind of paper trail. who is the driver that hit you's insurance company?

just saying that your neck hurts is something they hear all the time, don't expect a big reaction out of that. don't expect to hit the lottery with that either. most likley they will pay the DR's bills for her injury and that is it.

They have farmers insurance, and I'm not hoping for the lottery, anything at all would be nice for her to get. she is still deciding if she needs/wants to go to the doctor or not.

Right now the insurance is waiting to make sure that they have to cover the other driver before they are make a check out. they have already appraised it and I should get about 4700 for it. I'll be buying it back and then parting out at least some of it.
