    How much would you pay?

    How much would you pay for this 90 325is with 215K on the clock?

    I contacted the old owner, and he said there are some acid rain spots on the roof and trunk. The old owner also did all this maintenance a year ago. He said he has no idea when the Water pump was done.

    * All power steering lines, bolts, washers
    * Power steering res.
    * All belts
    * Thermostat
    * All coolant lines
    * Plugs & Wires
    * Valve cover gasket

    He put around 15k on after this maintenance.

    Now the guy who is selling it to me is a used car salesman. He has it listed on his lot for 3,500$, and said hes had interest, HAHA. He also made a weird comment saying that he doesn't want to sell it to a girl and have her come back a week later and say somethings wrong with he. He told me he is firm at 2,500$ and I think he is asking to much.

    woah yeah no way thats worth 2500. Pretty high miles, horrible paint, trashed interior... i would say 1800-2000 max. Shit i bought my 89 325is with 180k, near perfect interior and decent paint for 2k.

        I bought mine for 3,500.00 in worse shape than that , and I love mine , would't sell it either . my wife has decided to sell her 90 325 I convertible , it's all stock in good shape , but it's an automatic and she wants 5 K for her's.

          Whatchu talkin bout, Willis?

          Horrible paint, trashed interior? The paint seems pretty good, it just has scratches where the bra was. The drivers seat looks to be the only part that is worn in the interior- it even has a crack free dash. The miles are pretty high, but if it was maintained well it doesn't really matter. How is the rust on the car? I would say $2500 is a pretty fair price.

            lets also keep in mind that mileage on E30s is laughable. A car selling with 140k on it could have had bad odo gears.
            Finding one with ACTUAL milage is nice, even though sometimes high.

                Previous owner said that the odometer broke at 140K. The guy who is selling it rolled it up I guess..

                      I havn't seen the car in person yet. I think it has Bilstiens, and some lowering springs. I'm sure it's a real IS.

                        That interior is balls,the drivers seat is junk, all of its cracking. Seriously how do you call this "scratches"??!?
                        I mean FFS the hood is actually bent from where something hit it. IMO the paint seems kinda dull to, either the clear is almost gone or its oxidizing. The east coast market much be much worse then west. Here, that car would have problems getting close to 2k.

                            Got in contact with the previous owner. He said the shocks were bad, and that he gave the new owner a pair of new Bilstiens to put on the car. Called the new owner and he didn't. Car is junk, and he saids he gets intrest at 3,500$. Bullshit

                              i'd say 2k... but if I wanted an e30 and it was local... i'd pay up to 2.5

                              But the car must be rust free
