Nobody knows my car is a BMW, so I dont hear much about 'bimmers'.

I have an uncle who works as a master tech in a chicago bmw dealer. He is a fanatic and calls them beamers.

I always thought BMW cars were Bimmer and BMW Motorcycles were Beamer, but both pronounced as Beemer.

I usually just call them by their chassis code/body style. Otherwise it's BMW only.
