lol BF.c...I browse once in awhile and make a post here and there, but it really seems like nothing but a bunch of E36 clones.

If you don't have an M3 or M3 clone, you are nothing.

That being said, I gladly acknowledge that I have an E36 318i...:)

If a bunch of 16 & 17 year olds whining about not being able to talk to girls, and a bunch of mid 20-somethings that drive 5 series they can't afford and haven't had waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles since waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles had them is "crazy", then yes, you're right.

I go every now and then to entertain myself with the ignorant U.S. E36 330/332is owners who think their car is the best thing since the invention of pasta with bolognese sauce. Even in the face of countless facts and journalistic excerpts of the last 10-15 years.

Funny part is that they have such esteem for their Sport package 330's/332's but they somehow still have no respect for the E30 ///M3. Fanaticism of any sort is dangerous, I suppose. haha

Quite true. I often state how not special the US Spec S50/52 really are. A great motor indeed, but nothing compared to the Euro S50.

I'd have one in my E30, but to say that it is a "true" M motor is almost laughable. Different cams and bigger displacement don't give it that special flavor like the Euro motor.

That being said, I would still not mind owning an E36M3. They are still a great car, but will never be an E30M3.
