    Battery dummy light

My battery discharged after 2 days of having the radio on while r&ring the springs, I had it charged & the elec sys checked & it's fine but when I go above 2k rpm the battery dummy light gets brighter & brighter as the rpms increase. I connected my fluke & the volts go up (normally I think) from 12.50-12.70 at idle (700 rpm) to 13.80 at 5-7k rpm.

Is the light just being an idiot or should I be concerned? I have to drive to Laredo in a few days (1400 miles) and I don't need any mechanical issues I can prevent now.

    Thanks

Seems to be getting better now it goes off around 3k but stiill annoying. I had a dead under warranty battery from my Tundra that I took back & got replaced & it's doing the same thing so it's not the battery. Any ideas? I really don't wnat to have issues in my trip.

Well I have the instructions for the fix & need to replace my broken directional stalk which just came in from Germany. I will check the battery & if it needs replacing I have 2 Lion batteries I can put in there.

        Thanks!
