So, my e30 is going to be outside during this hurricane.

There's no room in the garage. Wish her luck!

Fortunately I live in a new neighborhood - so there's no big trees. I'm going to put a dinky little cover on it for what it's worth. I'm far more worried about my home, the 1600 and the audi anyways.

Don't be surprised if I'm not on for a few days/weeks/life.

Well that isnt the best outlook!

And on a serious note hope everything goes well for you and everyone else on the 3rd coast.

I'm like 35 miles from the coast. I should be okay so long as we avoid a direct hit.

Dude...park the Audi outside, I'm sure that has better insurance coverage than the e30.

Good point. My e30 has like nothing.

Do NOT put a cover on it. In high winds, all you'll do is ruin a good cover and you'll have scratches and swirls all over your paint to show for it. Call in a favor to park it somewhere safer or put it in the middle of a parking garage 'til it blows over.

Yeah, the parking garage would be your best bet. It would be even better to find one underground.

We're getting dumped with rain for the next few days, I'm so glad I replaced my taillight and trunk gaskets. :D

                          Best of luck.

I'm driving my car from Corpus to Waco as soon as I get the official go-ahead. I'm a little south of where it's supposed to go, but I also live on an island.. on a canal leading to the ocean. Good luck man.
