Hey, I'm heading off to Collge Station this weekend, but I have plenty of room in Brookshire, TX, if you want. I live in a hangar.
So, my e30 is going to be outside during this hurricane.

You really should evacuate. Yopur home and belongins aren't going to be any safer with you sitting amongst them. That's just my opinion.
You can just drop your car off if you want it to be out of the storm.'89 325i track sloot

^ Serious, I wouldn't underestimate the power of one of those things, even if you are 30+ miles from the coastline. At least get the 1600 and the Audi out of there, if you can get them to whiltebeitel's hanger they would probably be out of harm's way. But, they are just pieces of metal.
Keep us posted.- Trey

I do not think I would put one in a underground garage not knowing how the place drains out and what type of street flooding there could be in that area. Just seems risky in case the underground area of the garage filled several feet deep in water.
I would rather it be well above ground in a parking garage towards the center of the structure and as close to as many walls blocking it from direct outside access.
Pat good luck and stay safe...

^ Eh, good point, I was just talking about keeping it out/away from the elements. Knowing 1600/2002's, I'd even consider putting some towels in between the trunk and the trunk gasket (and the doors and door gaskets) so it can soak up any water that finds it's way inside.- Trey
